The drink is crafted using spring water sourced from "Pont da Picol," situated at an altitude of 1000 meters in the Nadro Valley, ensuring a unique and refreshing taste.

History of Gazzosa

Gazzosa has a rich history in Ticino, dating back to the 19th century. Originally, it was made through the natural fermentation of a sweetened liquid, such as a syrup made from lemon, various flavors, and water. This process, similar to that used for grape or apple must, created a homemade version of gazzosa, often referred to as "The poor man's Champagne." Although this traditional method has been abandoned, Gazzose Ticinesi SA continues to honor this heritage by crafting high-quality, modern versions of this beloved drink.
