Accor

Accor is a French hotel group with its head office in Issy-les-Moulineaux near Paris. According to its homepage in October 2026, it combines more than 45 brands and 5,800 hotels in over 110 countries. The best-known brands are ibis, Novotel, Mercure, Pullman, Sofitel, Fairmont and Raffles, and Accor also includes lifestyle brands such as 25hours, Mama Shelter and The Hoxton.

Limits

Accor is listed on the stock exchange, and no single shareholder controls it. Many hotels are operated by franchise partners or owners, so the standard of two hotels with the same brand can differ. Brands and prices are spread over many names, which makes the offer less transparent than a small chain.
