Alpenföhn

Alpenföhn is the PC cooling brand of EKL AG, a German manufacturer based in Leutkirch im Allgäu. The brand has introduced cooling products since 2008; EKL dates to 1995. The company says design and development take place in Germany, while production is carried out at facilities in Asia.

Air coolers

The catalog includes tower CPU coolers and compact low-profile models. Brocken 4 uses a single heatsink with six 6 mm heatpipes, an asymmetrical fin stack and a 120 mm PWM fan. Liquid cooling

EKL reports working with partners in Taiwan and China for more than two decades. It provides product support and spare parts from Leutkirch. Alpenföhn is therefore a German-developed cooling brand with manufacturing in Asia, offering builders a focused choice of air and liquid cooling hardware.
