Brabantia

Brabantia is a Dutch family business for kitchen and household products. Its roots are in the province of Brabant, where Van Elderen produced the first milk cans and jugs in 1919. The company made its first pedal bins in 1952, and the Patrice pattern dates from 1969.

Range

• Pedal bins, waste separation systems and bathroom bins
• Laundry products such as ironing boards, drying racks and rotary dryers
• Kitchen products, food storage and cookware
• Replacement parts for many of its products

Good to know

Brabantia calls itself a brand that designs products worth keeping and offers a guarantee of up to ten years on all products. The company has offices from Austria to the United States and from China to Finland. Waste bins and laundry products are the core business, so Brabantia is a good fit for readers who look for durable household equipment rather than cooking gadgets. The products are sold in many countries through retailers and through its own web shops.
