Cabify

Cabify is a Spanish ride-hailing company founded in Madrid in 2011 by Juan de Antonio. According to its company page it operates in six countries and more than 40 cities: Spain, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia and Uruguay. Inside Europe, Cabify is active in Spain.

Limits

Cabify is only available in Spain within Europe, so it is a local option for Madrid, Barcelona and other Spanish cities, not for the rest of the continent. Spanish regulation of VTC licences limits how many cars can operate in some regions. The app is available for iOS and Android, and rides are paid through the app.
