Features
- Weekly newspaper with a large Saturday edition and a digital edition
- News, politics, economy, society and culture, with an online subscription
- Part of a group with television, magazines and digital media
Ownership
The Balsemão family controls Impresa through the holding Impreger, which held slightly over 50 percent of the capital. In 2025 the Italian group MFE became a minority shareholder with about 33 percent, so most of the capital remains in European hands. Both major shareholders are European, and Impresa's shares are traded on the Euronext Lisbon exchange. The group states that its brands contribute daily to a free and enlightened society.
