KLM

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines was founded in 1919 and is the flag carrier of the Netherlands. The company is based in Amstelveen near Amsterdam and flies from its hub at Schiphol Airport. Since 2004 it has been part of the Air France-KLM Group, which is listed in Paris and Amsterdam, and it is a founding member of the SkyTeam alliance.

Limits

KLM and Air France are separate airlines with separate hubs, but share a group, a loyalty programme and parts of their fare structure. Cheap European fares come without checked baggage, and schedules depend on Schiphol's slot limits. Tickets can be booked on klm.com and in the KLM app, and many routes can be combined with Air France flights.
