History and owner
Kotipizza Group listed on the Helsinki stock exchange in 2015, the first Finnish franchise chain to do so. In 2019 the Norwegian group Orkla ASA bought the company and delisted it.
The brand is widely known in Finland, with restaurants in many towns and a large share of the pizza market in the country. Its parent Orkla is a Norwegian group, so the whole chain stays in Europe.
