The brand was created in London by Martha Lane Fox and Brent Hoberman and sold to Sabre in 2005. Since 2015 it belongs to the group that now carries its name. lastminute.com N.V. is registered in Amsterdam, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and run from Chiasso, Switzerland, where it opened a new headquarters in October 2026.
