Ownership
The Dutch company Douwe Egberts acquired the brand in 1981. Its parent JDE Peet's was acquired by the US group Keurig Dr Pepper, which holds 96.22 % of the shares since April 2026. For this reason the entry is marked as having a non-European parent. Production remains at the plant in Mollet del Vallès, opened in 1979 and expanded later. Since the 1990s the brand has also been exported to Portugal, Greece, the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
