mymuesli

mymuesli is an organic muesli company from Passau in Bavaria. It was founded in 2007 by the students Hubertus Bessau, Philipp Kraiss and Max Wittrock, who started with a simple idea: customers compose their own muesli from organic ingredients in an online mixer. The company produces in an old industrial hall in the centre of Passau.

Availability and ownership

The products are offered in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. Since 2024 the family-run Katjes Group holds about 56 percent through Katjes Greenfood in Düsseldorf. The co-founders Hubertus Bessau and Philipp Kraiss hold the remaining 44 percent. The company describes its approach as multi-channel and built on food customization.
