Natuzzi

Natuzzi is an Italian furniture company based in Santeramo in Colle in Apulia. Pasquale Natuzzi founded it in 1959, and it describes itself as the largest Italian furniture and design company and a world leader in leather upholstered furniture. The company is publicly listed and files annual reports on Form 20-F with the US SEC, but it is an Italian company with its head office in Italy.

Good to know

Natuzzi concentrates on upholstered furniture, so there is less choice for shelves or cabinets. Sales have been under pressure, with first quarter 2026 net sales of 59.5 million euros against 78.1 million euros a year earlier, as the company itself reports.
