NH Hotels

NH Hotels is a Spanish hotel brand headquartered in Madrid. The company, formerly NH Hotel Group, is now called Minor Hotels Europe & Americas. According to the NH website it has more than 350 hotels in 33 countries, concentrated on city hotels in Europe and Latin America. The most important brands are NH Hotels, NH Collection and nhow.

Ownership and limits

The Thai group Minor International acquired control of NH in 2018 and now holds about 96 percent, according to CoStar. NH is therefore marked as having a non-European parent, even though its headquarters and most hotels are in Europe.
