  • Rimac Group holds a 55 percent majority share in the joint venture Bugatti Rimac, which develops the Bugatti brand together with Rimac

Good to know

Rimac builds very small numbers of cars at the top end of the market. In September 2026 the shares of Porsche in Rimac Group and in Bugatti Rimac were transferred to a consortium led by HOF Capital. Rimac Group remains the 55 percent majority owner of Bugatti Rimac. HOF Capital is the largest investor in the Rimac Group next to Mate Rimac, but no majority owner outside Europe is known, so the page carries no foreign parent note.
