Scandic Hotels Group is a hotel company headquartered in Stockholm and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since December 2015. According to its company page, Scandic has more than 320 hotels in operation and under development with about 68,000 rooms in six countries. The focus is on the Nordic region.

The largest shareholders on 30 September 2026 were Stena (13.43 percent), AMF Pension & Fonder (12.36 percent) and Eiendomsspar (8.16 percent), all from Sweden and Norway. The chain concentrates on the Nordic countries, so options in Southern and Western Europe are limited.
