Silentnight

It calls itself the UK's number one sleep brand and sells millions of mattresses, divans and pillows a year, through retail and long-term hotel contracts. Silentnight is certified as a B Corp.

Ownership
Silentnight belongs to The Sleep Group, which is majority owned by the investment firm HIG Capital. H.I.G. is a US private equity firm, which is why the page flags a non-European parent. The Sleep Group also bought the Kent based brand Sleepeezee in May 2024 and reported sales of 154 million pounds for the year to January 2025.
