Snugpak

Snugpak is a British maker of sleeping bags and insulated clothing, based in Silsden, West Yorkshire, England. It started in 1977 as a cottage industry and still produces its sleeping bags and insulated clothing in a mill in West Yorkshire. The company calls itself family-oriented.

Track record

Snugpak won the Queen's Award for Enterprise in 2002 and again in 2009 and received an Armed Forces Covenant Silver Award in 2013. In 2025 the Weezle diving undersuit brand joined the company.

The company notes that it also works with a small number of audited partners for selected clothing, bag and travel items, and marks which products are UK manufactured. Its sleeping bags and insulated clothing are also used by military customers, which has been part of the company since the 1990s.
