Starling Bank

Starling Bank is a British digital bank headquartered in London. Anne Boden founded it in 2014, a former chief operating officer of Allied Irish Banks, and it received its banking licence in July 2016. The bank says it has more than four million accounts and that it is independent, not owned by another bank.
