Swiss Sense
WebsiteSwiss Sense is a Dutch bed retailer and manufacturer with its headquarters and distribution centre in Uden. Despite the name it has nothing to do with Switzerland: the company says the name has no geographic meaning. The Diks family has made beds since 1918, and Martin Diks, the fourth generation, is CEO.
Range
- Box springs in many variants, for example with storage space, electric adjustment or a TV lift
- Mattresses, sofa beds, bedding and accessories
- Own production site since 1982, so design, production and delivery stay in one hand
- More than 140 stores plus web shop in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Denmark
Good to know
The first store outside the Netherlands opened in Langenfeld, Germany, in 2014. Box springs are the focus; anyone looking for a single mattress without a bed system will find a smaller selection than at a pure mattress specialist.
