Typeform is a form and survey builder from Typeform S.L. in Barcelona, Spain, founded in 2012. Its trademark is the conversational format: respondents see one question per screen, which feels closer to a chat than to a classic questionnaire. The company is venture-capital-backed; its 2022 Series C was led by the Belgian investor Sofina. It is a popular Google Forms alternative when design and completion rates matter more than price.
