Vileda

Vileda is a German brand for household cleaning products and part of Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, based in Weinheim. The Vileda trademark was registered on 1 October 1948 by the Freudenberg company. Freudenberg is a German group more than 170 years old, and its household and cleaning business is one of its business groups.

• Mops and buckets, including spin mops and flat mops
• Cleaning cloths and sponges, including microfibre cloths
• Brooms, brushes and floor wipers
• Window cleaning products and hand tools for kitchen and bathroom

Company

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions also owns brands such as Wettex, Marigold and O-Cedar, and its professional division sells under the name Vileda Professional. In 2023 that division took over the German company Vermop. Vileda focuses on manual cleaning tools, not on vacuum cleaners, and, according to the group, has a distribution network in more than 35 countries.
