Ownership
The brand has Swedish roots and a Swedish development centre, but the majority of the group behind it is Chinese, which is why it is flagged as having a non-European parent.
Asko is the Scandinavian name in the Gorenje Group's portfolio. Anyone who wants appliances with a Swedish brand and development base should be aware of the Chinese majority ownership of the group.
