bol
Websitebol is a Dutch online retailer headquartered in Utrecht that serves customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. The shop went online in 1999 and has belonged to the retail group Ahold Delhaize since 2012. Since 2011 bol has also been open to third-party retailers, so it works as a retailer and as a marketplace at the same time.

Limits
bol focuses on two countries and does not ship across the whole EU. Prices and delivery terms of marketplace sellers are set by the sellers themselves, so it is worth checking who sells an item before ordering. The parent company Ahold Delhaize is a Dutch-Belgian group, so there is no non-European owner.
