Cleura

Cleura is a Swedish cloud provider headquartered in Karlskrona. It was called City Network until April 2022 and has belonged to the Swedish IT group Iver since 2020. The platform is built on OpenStack.

• Compliant Cloud for mission-critical and regulated workloads, and Private Cloud as a turnkey OpenStack environment.
• Data centers in Stockholm, Karlskrona and Frankfurt, all inside the EU.
• Control through a web panel, CLI, OpenStack APIs, SDKs or infrastructure-as-code tools; a free trial and a public price list.
• Certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001:2022.

Limits

Cleura focuses on core IaaS services. Its certification list names ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001, but no national qualification such as BSI C5 or SecNumCloud, so its sovereignty argument rests on Swedish ownership and EU locations. The OpenStack base keeps a later migration simple.
