CM.com is a Dutch cloud software company headquartered in Breda. It was founded in 1999 and is listed on Euronext Amsterdam under the ticker CMCOM. It has more than 600 full-time employees and a local presence in 15 countries. CM.com describes itself as a provider of conversational commerce software, and the SMS gateway is one of its oldest products.

Limits

Like every SMS provider, it relays messages through operator networks that can lie outside Europe.
