Houdini Sportswear

Houdini Sportswear is a Swedish outdoor clothing brand founded in 1993. The company, Houdini Sportswear AB, has its headquarters in Nacka near Stockholm, Sweden. It makes technical clothing for hiking, climbing, skiing and everyday outdoor use and is known for its focus on circular design, repair and recycling.

Ownership

According to a 2021 company announcement, the shares are held by the two co-founders, Swedish investors, the Italian family investment firm GDTRE and the German investor JCK, and more than half of the employees are shareholders. Houdini is sold through its own online shop and through specialist retailers in Europe, North America and Asia.
