Mafell
WebsiteMafell is a German manufacturer of professional woodworking machines, headquartered in Oberndorf am Neckar, Germany. The company was founded in 1899 as Maschinenfabrik Fellbach, from which the name derives, and takes its current form from a 1935 takeover by the engineer Rudolf Mey.
Products
- Saws, including pull-push saws, plunge-cut saws and insulation saws
- Drilling and driving, sanding, planing and mortising machines
- Dust extraction and special machines for carpenters and timber construction
- Joint edge banders and groove cutting machines
The company produces at its Oberndorf site and targets carpenters and joiners rather than hobby users, so the range is built for daily use on construction sites and in workshops. Many of the machines are designed for precise work in timber construction and carpentry. In December 2025 Mafell acquired the machine maker Friedrich Duss of Neubulach.
