Piwik PRO

Piwik PRO is an analytics and data platform with its headquarters in Wrocław, Poland (Piwik PRO SA). The company was founded in 2013. In November 2023 it was acquired by Cookie Information, a consent management provider based in Denmark, so the owner is also European. Customers named on its website include Crédit Agricole, DKMS and Würth.

Hosting and pricing

Piwik PRO runs as a public or private cloud service. According to the provider, the Business plan is hosted in Sweden, and the Enterprise plans offer further regions, including US hosting, and a business associate agreement. Piwik PRO states that it offers no on-premise version. Business plans start at 36 euros per month after a 30-day free trial, while Enterprise is quoted individually.

The suite targets regulated industries and larger organisations. It is more extensive, and more work to set up, than lightweight tools such as Plausible.
