Sinch

Sinch is a Swedish communications platform company headquartered in Stockholm and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. It was founded in 2008, formerly under the name CLX Communications. In 2025 it reported net sales of about SEK 27 billion (roughly 3 billion US dollars) and more than 200,000 customers, which makes it one of the largest CPaaS providers worldwide.

Limits

Sinch is a global company with its own Americas segment, and it also owns the Mailgun email service, so not every product is of European origin. The platform is geared towards larger volumes and enterprise use; very small projects may find a simpler provider easier. Messages to many countries travel through operator networks outside Europe, which is true of every global SMS provider.
