UHU
WebsiteUHU is a German adhesive brand known for its yellow tube with the black lettering. In 1905 the pharmacist August Fischer bought a small chemical factory in Bühl, Baden, that had been founded in 1884. In 1932 he developed the first ready-to-use, crystal-clear synthetic resin adhesive and named it UHU after the eagle owl, in line with the habit of the stationery trade to name products after birds.
