UltiMaker

UltiMaker is a Dutch 3D printer manufacturer, formerly known as Ultimaker. The legal entity Ultimaker B.V. has its Dutch office in Zaltbommel. In August 2022 Ultimaker merged with MakerBot, a subsidiary of Stratasys, into a single company that operates under the UltiMaker name.

Good to know

After the merger, the Dutch investor NPM Capital owned 53.5 percent of the combined company and Stratasys 46.5 percent, according to the Stratasys press release of 2022. Stratasys is an American-Israeli company, but the majority is European, so the brand carries no parent flag. Ownership may have changed since 2022, so check the current situation if this matters to you.
