Userlike, since 2025 called Lime Connect, is a customer messaging and support platform from Cologne, Germany. The company was founded in 2011 and has belonged to the Swedish software group Lime Technologies since 2021. The product combines website chat, WhatsApp and other messaging channels in one shared inbox and adds AI agents for automated support.
