Erica Synths

Erica Synths is a synthesizer company from Riga, Latvia. It was founded in 2014 by Ģirts Ozoliņš, a former science and mathematics teacher who had spent two decades in advertising. The company started with DIY kits and components for synth builders and today makes Eurorack modules, desktop synthesizers, drum machines, effects processors and educational instruments. All instruments are designed and manufactured in Latvia.

Product range

• Eurorack modules for the building blocks of a modular system, from sound sources to effects.
• Desktop synthesizers and drum machines for use without a modular case.
• Effects processors and educational instruments that introduce synthesis.

Where it fits

Erica Synths is aimed at people who want to build a modular system or add compact instruments to a studio. It is the youngest company on this list but has been established in the Eurorack field for more than a decade. Because Eurorack is a common module format, the modules can be combined with those of other makers in the same case.
