Estrella Galicia

Estrella Galicia is the beer of Hijos de Rivera, a Spanish brewing company from A Coruña in Galicia. José María Rivera Corral founded it in 1906 as a factory for beer and ice, and the company describes itself as 100 percent family-owned and Galician, now in its third generation. Its beers are sold in more than 30 countries.

Ownership

The company is controlled by the Rivera family and has no corporate parent. It is a separate firm from Estrella Damm in Barcelona, which is also listed on this site, and it has no parent outside Europe.
