Factorial is an HR software company from Barcelona, founded in 2016 by Jordi Romero, Bernat Farrero and Pau Ramon. It states that more than 17,000 companies use the platform. Factorial is venture-backed, with investors including CRV, Creandum, Point Nine, K Fund and Tiger Global, and a later round was led by General Catalyst.

Pricing and limits

The homepage lists no prices, so costs have to be checked on the pricing page or requested. Factorial grew from an SME tool into a wider business platform, which means that smaller teams may use only part of the modules.
