Fortnox

Fortnox is a Swedish cloud software company headquartered in Växjö. Founded in 2001, it supplies bookkeeping, invoicing and payroll programs to small businesses and to the accounting firms that serve them. Fortnox states that more than 700,000 companies use its services. In 2025 a consortium of the investor EQT and the company's chair made a takeover offer, and EQT now lists Fortnox as a portfolio company.
