Ownership and limits

Burda Digital SE, part of the German media group Hubert Burda Media, is the majority shareholder of HolidayCheck Group AG, which was delisted from the stock exchange in 2021. HolidayCheck earns a commission on bookings. The focus is on leisure travel such as package holidays and hotels, not on flights alone.
