ISDIN

ISDIN is a Spanish skin care company from Barcelona that is best known for sun protection and dermatological skin care. It was set up more than 50 years ago by two Catalan families: Puig contributed its experience in beauty and the pharmaceutical group Esteve its expertise in pharmacy. On 14 September 2026 Puig announced that it will buy Esteve's 50 percent stake for 1.2 billion euros, which would make Puig the sole owner after approval by competition authorities, expected in early 2027.
