Ray-Ban

Ray-Ban is an eyewear brand that was registered in 1937, when it started selling the Aviator, developed in the 1930s to protect the eyes of American pilots. The brand originated in the United States at Bausch & Lomb. Since 1999 it has belonged to Luxottica, which merged with Essilor in 2018 to form EssilorLuxottica. That group has its headquarters in Charenton-le-Pont near Paris and is listed in Paris.
