Ownership

This is the reason for the non-European parent flag. In October 2024 Central Group of Thailand announced that it would own 60 percent of Selfridges Group, after the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) bought out the interest of the insolvent Austrian Signa Group. PIF holds the other 40 percent. This applies to both the operating company and the property companies. Together the two holders are outside Europe with 100 percent.
