Spreadshirt

Spreadshirt is a print-on-demand pioneer from Leipzig, Germany. It began in 2002 as a student start-up and is today the best-known brand of Spread Group, together with Teamshirts and Spreadshop. Spread Group says it has more than 20 million customers in over 170 countries, annual sales of around 170 million euros and four production sites in the United States and Europe. The legal entity behind it is sprd.net AG.

Costs and limits

Spreadshop is free to open. Compared with a pure backend such as Gelato, the shop and marketplace are tied to the Spreadshirt platform. Next to its German headquarters Spread Group also has operations in the United States.
