Uriage is a French dermo-cosmetics brand from Laboratoires Dermatologiques d'Uriage, with its registered office in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The brand is built around the thermal water of Uriage-les-Bains in the French Alps and is sold mainly through pharmacies. Uriage has belonged to the Spanish Puig group since 2021.

Products

  • Face care for sensitive, dry and irritated skin
  • Body care, including balms made with Uriage thermal water
  • Baby care
  • Suncare, such as the Bariésun range
  • Thermal water sprays

The brand is available in roughly 50 markets on five continents, according to its own market selector.

Origin and ownership

The name refers to the village of Uriage-les-Bains near Grenoble, where the thermal water is sourced. In 2011 the Puig family and the investor M3 Invest acquired the laboratories, and since 2021 the brand has been part of the Puig portfolio. The company is certified as a B Corp.

Uriage is positioned as a pharmacy and dermatology brand, so most products target specific skin needs rather than general cosmetics.
