DocMorris

DocMorris is an online pharmacy and digital health platform run by DocMorris AG, formerly Zur Rose Group, which has its headquarters in Frauenfeld in Switzerland and is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The company calls DocMorris Germany's largest online pharmacy. Its pharmacy business was historically based in Heerlen in the Netherlands, and the German mail-order brand medpex also belongs to the group.

Size

In 2025 about 1,600 employees from 65 nations in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Portugal and Switzerland generated external revenue of 1,186 million Swiss francs and served more than 12 million active customers (12.2 million). The DocMorris app was downloaded 2.1 million times in 2025.

Services

DocMorris describes a platform that connects patients and customers with doctors, pharmacies and health insurers. Its range includes over-the-counter products, health and beauty goods and, where national rules allow, prescription medicines. In Germany, e-prescriptions have been in use since 1 January 2024.
