eDreams ODIGEO

Website

eDreams ODIGEO is a Spanish online travel group headquartered in Madrid and listed on the Spanish stock exchange. Its brands are eDreams, GO Voyages, Opodo and Travellink, plus the metasearch engine Liligo, serving customers in 44 markets with offers from nearly 700 airlines. The company calls itself the world's leading travel subscription platform, with more than eight million Prime members in 2026.

Features

  • Flights from regular and low-cost airlines, plus hotels, dynamic packages, car rental and travel insurance
  • Prime, a paid subscription with member fares and flexibility benefits
  • Rail added to the Prime offer in 2026

Ownership and limits

eDreams was founded by Javier Pérez-Tenessa, James Hare and Mauricio Prieto in Silicon Valley and moved its registered office to Spain in March 2021. Earlier owners included the private equity firms Permira and Ardian, and no majority owner from outside Europe is known. The Prime model works through a membership fee, so occasional travellers should compare prices without a subscription.
