Notino

Notino is a Czech online retailer for perfume, cosmetics and health products, headquartered in Brno. Michal Zámec founded it in 2004 under the name Parfums.cz, and it adopted the Notino name in 2016. The company calls itself Europe's largest e-commerce retailer of beauty and health products and says it has served 20 million customers.

Range

Notino lists more than 115,000 unique products from 1,800 brands on its About page, among them mainstream beauty houses and perfume brands. It also describes itself as the largest European retailer of Korean skin care and offers a range of Arabian perfumes.

Where to find it

Notino operates in 27 countries, with online shops in 22 languages and four logistics centres in the Czech Republic, Poland, Italy and Romania that ship more than 30 million parcels a year. It also runs 26 stores in eight countries in Central and Eastern Europe, which offer e-shop prices and pick-up of online orders.

Ownership

As of 2023, the Czech register of beneficial owners listed the Austrian lawyer Gerd Hermann Jelenik for Notino. Founder Michal Zámec told the Czech paper Deník N that his stake sits in a foundation managed by Jelenik. The ownership structure runs through holding companies, but no non-European owner is known.
