Petit Bateau
WebsitePetit Bateau is a French clothing brand for children and families with roots in Troyes, where it was founded in 1893. For decades it belonged to the family-owned Groupe Rocher, which acquired it in 1988. In 2025 Groupe Rocher chose the US investment firm Regent as buyer, and the French competition authority cleared the deal. Because Regent is American, the brand is shown here with the note that its parent company is not European.
