Rude Health

Website

Rude Health is a British company for plant-based drinks and breakfast foods. Camilla and Nick Barnard started it in 2005 at their kitchen table with an ultimate muesli and launched dairy-free drinks in 2013. Today it describes its range as food and drink made from kitchen cupboard ingredients, with nothing artificial, and it counts 23 Great Taste awards.

Range

  • Plant-based drinks such as the No Sugars Organic Oat Drink
  • Muesli and other breakfast foods next to the drinks
  • Products made, according to the company, from the tastiest kitchen cupboard ingredients with nothing artificial

Ownership

In October 2024 the Finnish plant-based company Oddlygood announced the acquisition of Rude Health for an undisclosed sum, after it had already bought the Nordic brand Planti in 2023. Oddlygood is based in Finland, so Rude Health has no non-European parent.
