Subito is Italy's leading classifieds platform, founded in Milan in 2007. According to the company, more than 26 million users visit it every month and about 13 million ads are online each day. The platform is part of Adevinta.

Adevinta belongs to the Aurelia group. According to the UK company register (Companies House, October 2025) and the 2026 reports of eBay and Vend Marketplaces, funds advised by Permira (London) hold about 37 percent, Blackstone about 29 percent, General Atlantic about 8 percent and TCV about 4 percent, while Vend Marketplaces (Oslo) holds 14 percent and eBay about 8 percent. Owners based in Europe thus hold slightly more than half. Subito serves Italy only, and the site and app are in Italian.
