What to compare when choosing diapers

Size labels differ between brands, so a size 3 from one maker does not always fit like a size 3 from another. Certifications such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 or an eco label are stated by the makers themselves, and the pack shows which ones apply. Subscription brands such as Lillydoo and Joone suit regular delivery, while Libero and Moltex are easier to find in shops in their home markets. Availability outside Europe varies by brand, so check the manufacturer's shop and local retailers.

Eco diapers and their limits

Several brands on this page advertise renewable or plant-based materials. That usually means a part of the product, not the whole diaper, and a disposable diaper remains a disposable product. Skin sensitivity is individual, and a pediatrician or midwife can advise if a baby reacts to a product. Parents who also look for formula or strollers will find baby formula and strollers on the same topic.
