DHL is the logistics brand of DHL Group, headquartered in Bonn. The group says it is the world's leading logistics company, active in more than 220 countries and territories with about 584,000 employees and roughly 83 billion euros in revenue in 2025. For private customers in Germany the parcel business runs under the DHL brand, while letters keep the Deutsche Post name.

Ownership and limits
